How can i lose weight in 6 months?!

I find that various work out classes are good for me when I'm lazy. You're in a group setting and the instructor normally is motivating. Plus...if I'm working out alone, I can just stop whenever I want since I'm lazy. But in a class, you can't leave early because everyone would see you leaving...so you are bound to stick out the whole class.
One thing I've learned is if you're trying to lose weight the RIGHT way (i.e. healthy eating and exercise, no FAD diets), then you really need to be patient. And it's something you have to do for the rest of your life, otherwise the weight will come back on.

Walking is a good exercise and its effective. You need to use more calories than you eat then you will lose weight really easy. Always eat breakfast and do not snack between meals.
Being lazy is how we get fat. You can lose 20 pounds in six momths, but it won't be easy.
A well balanced healthy meal, 3-4 days of cardio for 30 minutes or more, 2-3 days of weight lifting, and drink lots of water.
