Whats the quickest way to drop pounds?!
Question: i dont want to make myself throw up and i exercise and eat healthy (or at least i have started to these past few weeks.) but what are some other tips to speed up the process at first?

cut out all liquid calories from your diet, they are usually sugars and dont do any thing for you, this for most people is about 20% of your calories
all liquids except water, such as orange huice, soda, fruit juice, vitamin water, (the only other thing beside water you might drink is milk its good for you but not to much it as lots of calories)
running till you cant walk
lol not alone! i want to do the same thing u do!!!! lol all i cant say to u is tht u need to realize u cant eake up and be skinny! u gotta work at it! theres no easy way out on losing weight and if there was id be doing it! but there isnt! so good luck!
Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. Lower your carb intake. Exercise before breakfast. Completely cut out sweets. (Eat only sugars from natural sources like fruit.)
