I need a good workout program?!


Question: so i can gain muscle mass and stay cut...im 5' 9"-5'10" and 145-150lbs.

I have a bench/incline bench with leg attachment and preacher curl and curl bar, plus i have adjustable dumbells.

Im looking for a full body split workout routine if anyone can help?

go to bodybuilding.com you will find everything you need. good luck and also i use a 4day split. i have gotten great results since i switched from full body workouts.
