1st off you have to have a healthy diet. You should know what your calorie intake is. try to eat 500 calories less than what is suggested for your weight. eat 5 small meals a day, and try to include protein in each meal. Workout 3 days a week. Your workouts should be 15-30 min full body strenous workouts using resistance. When you work the whole body your burning more fat. try to drink 1 cup a day of green tea no sugar. Best equipment to have in your house is dumbells, medicine ball, and a stability ball

Running, Swimming, Cycling. If you are married S**.
Do these daily, you no need to reduce your eating habits unless you aren't controlled.

although it's not healthy to lose weight too fast.....there's a method....I have presently lost 2 kgs over 2 weeks.

A breakfast with 1 cup tea/coffee and a sandwich everyday. Mon-Fri: Lunch a mix of fruits, vegetables or meat like chicken in grilled or baked form or tikkas and one roti..No rice at all, No fried foods. Dinner very light: may be a soup or a bowl full of baked veggies. one chocolate is fine.
In case your dinner happens to be heavy then have a light lunch next day.

DON'T FORGET TO HAVE A WHOLE MUG OF HOT WATER AFTER 15 mins of LUNCH/DINNER....You can add a Green Tea Bag in it to add antioxidants to it.

On Saturday's and Sundays you can have a li'l bit of an extra helping or a li'l fried stuff. Don't over do it.

Fast weight loss always equals fast gain back.

Try weight watchers it really works and you eat real food from the grocery store. It teaches you portion control and good food selection and then after a while it becomes a good habit.

I am finishing up on it and alternated between the points and the flex. These two methods are not dieting but a way to make you read labels on what few prepared and processed foods you will be eating and it gets you shopping for real whole foods.

Portion control and healthy food selection is now a habit, a good one and I need not refer to my books for how many points is this or that.

To loose weight you must first learn what to eat and in what amount.

I tried so many diets over the years and all failed because none taught me how to eat well.

Other than the first week I was never hungry since starting to eat right via learning how to through weight watchers.

I eat good healthy foods and I feel better all around and have lost 37 pounds with my target being 45 and then I can slighty increase portions and maintain my weight.

You must also do some type of body movement twice a day even if it's simply walking around the block. Whatever you are physically capable of doing without causing any strain on your heart or joints.
