I think if you dont eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and your weight doesnt shift. Thats what was happening to me. I just be eating small sensible meals (and make sure you're actually full after you've finshed eating and not still starving) and have been walking for 30-45mins around the block every day. I have lost 2 kilo's this week, and I missed a day walking and ate some pretty unhealthy food on another day so that might help you. But you should know its not healthy to lose 3 kilo's in one week, its usually water or muscle mass and will come pretty quick..

3 kilos its impossible even if you didn't eat nothing at for that week. in one week the most you can loose (if I'm not wrong) its .75 kg doing exercise and eating breakfast its fundamental for weight loose since it starts your metabolism

eat breakfast lunch and dinner but each meals 5 hours apart. breakfast eat 2 eggs with brown bread. lunck small healthy meal that weighs 500grams same as dinner. dont eat anything in between meals and only drink water, soda water green tea or 2 cups of coffee or tea a day. start each meal with a bite of protein first. it helped me lose 5 kilos in one week, and i was doin 15 mins of walking a day. it helped me lose 5 kilos in one week then 2 kilos every week after. i managed to lose 10 kilos in 2-3 months
