Weight gain (wants answers from actual lifters)?!

Question: I just turned 16 and I have been lifting since I was 13 and now I weigh 172 but when I did wrestling I lost 20 pounds so I was 187 and dropped to 169-168ish but now I'm done and I weigh 172 and gained all my strength back weighing 15 pounds less and my question is how much time would it take to get up to 182-187 range again? I take NO-xplode before I lift and 1 scoop of body fortress whey protein (sometimes for the protein) and afterwards I take 2 scoops of body fortress again. How long would it take to get up to 182 pounds atleast?

when you count calories gaining weight is so easy. determine what your daily caloric intake is now and increase that by 10% each week until weight gain occurs.
