How am i eating?!
Question: Here is what I ate yesterday:
Meal 1: hard boiled egg w/out the yolk, slice of whole wheat toast, orange juice
Meal 2: grapefruit
Meal 3: skinless chicken breast on a spinach wrap w/ cucumber, green pepper, and fat free ranch, water bottle
Meal 4: carrots and celery sticks, bottle of water
Meal 5: grilled fish w/ green beans, glass of milk
Meal 6: frozen blueberries, green tea
Anything i should add or take away from my diet? thanks!

this sounds good, but add more water, you're not drinking enough water.
if your pee is yellow, you're dehydrated, that's how you know.
and not sure if you're getting enough calcium.
But the rest sounds great.

you are doing AMAZING. the only thing i would suggest is drinking that milk and green tea earlier in the day, and always end the day with water :)
