Question: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday,- running and jump roping

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday- Weight training w/ running or jumproping


trying to lose 30 pounds

any ideas to mix it up a little more???? Oh yeah some more weight training would help me, like any type.

well if you are trying to lose weight then manage your diet also. you should eat 5 smaller meals opposed to 3 larger ones so you can help to increase your metabolism.

umm, it also matter how long your doing you aerobics. thats going to be the way to lose weight.
