Are there any exercises I can do to avoid drooping breasts after breastfeeding?!
Question: Swimming!! I breastfed 4 children, no droop at all.
I actually did breaststroke [ no pun intended ].
It is actually the muscles in your chest & back which keep your breasts from drooping.
Good on you for breastfeeding, it is best for you & your baby.
I fed my babies for 15 months. Each 1 of them.
They are all adults now.

i would suggest chest exercising such as flies, incline presses, decline presses and flat bench presses. Depending on your strength levels, you could grab one of those resistance bands and could even do it at home.
Good luck.
do sit ups
Bench press. It'll build muscles in your chest which will make it perkier.
Wear a lift up bra.
If you know anything else (besides plastic surger) let me know!!
You know breast tissue is made up of mainly fat, so not much muscle to work with. I'm afraid droopy breasts are one of the many prices you pay for having a baby. The bigger the breasts the more they will droop. I chose not to breastfeed and my breasts are fine - no droop.
