Has anyone tried herbal Thermo Slim tablets do they work ?!


Question: those things are so bad for you. the truth is, you do lose weight from them. but not any fat. pills like that make you lose water weight but nothing else. that means that when you hop on the scale you will look like you've done great. but, when you look in the mirror, you will look the same. plus, pills put harmful chemicals into your body which can be really bad for you in the long run. or they can throw off the natural ballance of your body. i don't know about you but i really like to keep as natural as possible. (no, i'm not a hippie) so my adivce, don't use pills. they are expensive, harmful, and don't work.

if you want to lose weight. try to cut down on junk food and soda. also try to limit your calories to about 1500 a day. pair that with about 45 minutes to an hour of exersize and you should get really good results. the exersize could just even be running around the block for a while. i personally like the gym because when i am on the treadmill or bike i can just put a text book or somthing up so i can study. (i don't know if this applies for you, but also books or magaizines would be the same) also, exersizing will not only help with the weight loss but it will also help you get muscle. then you will look really great and toned and you will be stronger and healtier.

Well Ive tried alot of slimming aids atm and alot of them do work.
Tbh the best one was the tea (drink) its an aid it tastes distgusting but it does work very gd
