How to grow tall in the age of 15?!


Question: I am a malaysian but i am chinese , my friends always call me shorty,that makes me getting on my nerves.i am just 5'3 is there anyway to make me taller?please give me some suggestion.My hope is i wanna grow till at least 5'8!

5'3 is not that short, but if you haven't had your groth spurt yet it should come soon.
No offence, but isn't that almost average for asian people. I wouldn't worry too much though anyway. Many people are shorter than others, there's not much you can do, start playing basketball maybe?
