Help me pleeeaase?!


Question: I have been eating so well recently, and I'm ignoring my cravings and have been for days but today my intake of food was, cereal, then soup and wholemeal bread and then cereal again. Also a banana, a bag of carrot sticks and a pear. My roommate brought home a pizza and boy it smelt great and I've been wanting to go out and get one now for hours! Help! I've tried drinking water instead but it's not working!
Help me say no! I'm on the verge of getting something yummy to eat when I know I can't!

i know! find something healthy and chow down on it. maybe watch some tv or read a book or listen to music to get your mind off it. good luck cravings are hard to break!

get off the computer, get out of the house and have a life other than FOOD.

also, the word is SMELLED not smelt. smelt is a fish.

don't give up to any tempting yummy pizza with cheese and tomato top-up, with juicy caramelized onions and spicey paprika...yum....

what about life in all that? im sure it can be good for you to have a slice of it, and its also good for your social life! )ie eating with roomie)

You should go get one and worry about it after its gone.

Don't eat anything! Stop your self don't give in, be strong, have a cold shower, hit your self with a wet celery stick then eat it but don't eat anything that you want or its curtains.

when i have bad cravings i go to bed then when i wake up its gone

To be honest, if you crave it, there's probably something it it your body needs. Also, the amount you have taken in today, a small pizza won't hurt at all.

A little of what you fancy, does you good, as my old nan used to say.

Also, you can eat anything when you are slimming as long as you don't eat too much of it.

For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
