I need a very rigorous exercise regimen for the next few weeks...any trainers ou!
Question: I am traveling to Indiana during the second week of March to meet half of my family that I was recently acquainted with.
Of course, I want to make the best first impression I can :)
I am an 18 year old female, 5'7 and I weigh about 175 pounds. A little heavy but I also take a strength training class, therefore some of that weight is muscle.
My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds by the beginning of March.
I am already on a pretty strict diet but now need a strict exercise plan.
I am willing to work out 7 days a week, although I know my body needs rest.
Please help!!!
