im in the same boat..ive lost 40 pounds since august with another 60 to go..i dont plan on being a size 6 or looking like a super model, but i want o be healthy looking and take away wsome of the health risks associated with obesity..its been tough for me..and ive slipped more than once, but this time i have made myself get back on track as soon as ive come to my senses..its all mental..remeber that..go to wally world and start buying some weight watchers smart ones meals those and lean cuisine ..also buy some hostess 100 calorie packs of cupcaes and such..this will help you when u need a sweet treat..and excersize..u dont have to excersize every single day or anything, but try to as much as you can you will start to see weight coming off just by cutting out sodas..i drink diet all the time..low in sodium and no calories..i like cream soda and root beer in diet...find what works for you

Unfortunatly, the only way is to eat a healthy diet and exercise. It's hard but you have to really put your mind to it.

Eating and drinking is such a huge part of everyone's social life, and it just makes you feel good.

Try to make healthier choices and you HAVE to get moving. I mean walk, run, climb stairs, Every little bit helps.

Good Luck, and don't get discouraged if it takes longer than you want it to. Be Patient and dont give up.

cut the bread and the fruits make foods with zero carb because carb is zero eat lots of meat because meat or animal pruducts are zero carb take my word eat all you want

Always start the day with breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day. I have yogurt and fruit or peanut butter on toast (thin layer of peanut butter, no jelly ) or a bagel with reduced fat cream cheese and I always have half of a glass of orange juice. Lunch is usually a salad with the dressing on the side, dip fork into dressing and then the salad. I also eat sandwhiches for lunch. Cut back on soda if you can. I gave it up completely. Try to avoid fries, and anything fried. Good Luck. I maintain my weight eating like this!!
