Okay does this sound good?? =)?!


Question: I'm 4'11 1/2 and 130 pounds 16 years old, and trying to lose 20 pounds! I have already lost 47, gained 10 back, and now I'm trying to lose those last 20 pounds and it's sooo hard! I need a diet plan, so does this sound okay? Okay and not a diet plan a lifestyle change!! (sorry i had to put that in there so people wouldn't answer with that....)
Okay, my plan is here;;
Eat 1000 calories a day
Walk for 45 minutes a day with my dog
I'm going to make sure I get at least 9 hours of sleep
and do dance dance revolution (mostly expert and difficult so its fast) for 30 minutes a day
Drink 64 ounces or more of water a day
100 crunches a day
50 push ups a day
30 squats a day

is there anything else i can do? i NEED to lose 20 pounds and get a flat stomach in 4 months or less...not want too..i NEED to literally..thanks for all your help! =)

u lost 47 pounds thats great!!! but i must say boxing would be much better to get those sexy abs and bit of muscle showing... the push ups are great and all but before you do your workout. eat a chilly it gets ur motabalism up and u get more of a work out cause ur muscles are pumped!! and try doing skipping also its a good workout for your whole body specially ur abs

sounds great..congrats on the weight loss..i think whatever your doing is working fine for you..dont forget if you want something sweet or something..try hostess 100 calorie packs of cupcakes..they are soooo good..good luk

Sounds like you have a solid plan. Make sure you eat regularly so that you don't mess up your metabolism is the only thing I can think of to tell you! Good luck!

actually you don't need to do anything...... you just want extremely bad.....but you will gain it back. You need to eat 350-500 calorie meals a day like 3X a day. you need at least 100 calories a day. and try doing an actual sport like soccer, track, softball, basketball, hockey, dancing. etc. Eat a balanced diet and you will feel so much better... trust me i am 14 and this is what i do. I play soccer....Also i cut meat out of my diet (you don't have to do that) but it took a lot of those extra cal. out of my diet soooo now i can have that piece of bread or extra piece of fruit for a snack without going over.

if you lose the pounds gradually your skin with have time to stretch back into place, if you watch the biggest loser they lose the weight so fast that they often need tummy tucks to get rid of the flabby skin.

you also probably gained the 10 pounds in muscle mass as muscle is heavier than fat. remember to have a rest day as your body will get really tired from all the exercises.

try to have a longer time period to lose the weight as once you lose it you need to keep it off.

dont worry about calories eat small meals regularly to increase your metabolism and fat burning capabilities
its good to see you enjoying your exercise but dont overexercise as this will make you feel lethargic and tired. also dont limit your calories as you are excersing you need energy from food.
try bellydancing to tone your stomach

but good work other wise
