How many calories are you taking in during those 3 meals and 3 snacks? Do you take in calories from drinks as well? It's math, input has to be less than output.

A quick and dirty way of determining how many calories a person burns during a day without exercise is weight in lbs * 14. Add the 600 calories burned during exercise. Then compare calories you eat per day to the number. If you eat more, you won't lose weight.

Example:
Weight 150. Exercise calories 600. Food/drink intake 2000

150*14= 2100
2100 + 600 = 2700
The person is burning 700 more calories than they take in, so they will lose weight assuming there is no water retention, or body going into starvation mode issues.

yeah.. i did.. i dont necessarily eat six meals but probably about that.. i just started eating a little at a time but a lot of times a day and i lost weight..
so yeah 6 meals a day plus exercise.. youll lose weight

You should lose weight on this plan. In fact what you have outlined is a very good weight loss program especially eating the 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. Be sure to include some fiber in the foods you eat because fiber will expand in your stomach and you will feel like you are full.

If u want good results, eat something little every 3 hours till you go to bed. u get exelent progress!!!

Don't worry about how many meals you eat, worry about eating only when your food is fully digested and you are actually hungry. Like a 7 on 1 to 10 where 10 is starving. Your body is going to tell you what it needs, just listen to it! And good luck!

It depends on how much fat you have to lose... and muscle weighs more then fat, so it may not be immediate. It seems like you are in a hurry- 600 a day is quite a bit. Be care full- overdoing it can damage your thyroid production- I did and had to get treatment for a year.

Yes that sounds like a good plan!

Be sure to eat some good for you foods!

Good luck! KUDOS TO YOU ON THE EXCERCISING! Good for you, keep it up!

Hi
I think...

U should learn "Yoga" first from a perfect master. "Asan & Prayanam" will reduce your fat. Though it will take some time but if u do it regularly u will never be get fat again.

Also it will not as tough as u r going to follow the hard exercise.
