Which is your true weight, when you weigh yourself in the morning or at night?!

Question: In the morning. After you've had a pee and before you have a cup of tea and breakfast.

Always weigh without your clothes on as well...and on a flat surface, not carpet.

Morning : )

Morning before eating or drinking anything.

AM after urinating.

At night; in the morning you are generally 2-4 pounds lighter

yes morning, because your body has rested.

Morning, after a number 1 and 2!

It depends on who you ask. Personally, I take the average between the two.

You mean like when I don't have 8 pounds of clothing on?

Usually 164 to 167 lbs.

shouldnt it be the same? i mean... how much weight can you gain in less than 24 hours??

morning, after you've digested

Any morning I weigh myself, it is a lower number than at night. The next morning, it will be that same low number or lower. At night, it is that same higher number or a bit lower. So I think it's somewhere in between?

First thing in the morning (after you pee). But if you are looking to lose then it doesn't really matter so long as you are consistent in the time you weigh yourself because you should be paying more attention to the trends than the actual number itself. Also be careful not to weigh yourself more than once or twice a week - your day-to-day weight is influenced by a number of factors so getting stressed or elated over every little change is a waste of time and energy.

Your supposed to weigh yourself in the morning before you eat or drink and after you've eliminated.

Morning before you eat or drink anything and make sure you always have the same amount of clothes on.

In the morning, before you eat, but after you go potty.

OOH! both don't tell you your real weight! Try weighing yourself after a cardio workout in the morning after a light breakfast.... you will see something very different because your body loses water....this is your real weight

usually people say the morning. if you are on a typical schedule when you sleep at night and work etc day hours. but honestly, if you weigh at about the same time everyday (or every time you weigh) it still gives you a good idea for monitoring weight. You have to do what is convenient for you... then just stick to that.
