Did i loose any weight?!


Question: i just did 120 jumping jacks && 50 crouches made up a cheeerr and did alot of stretches, do u think i lostt any weight?

you may have lost 1/3 or 1/2 or even a pound

I don't know weigh yourself.

you may have lost a lil bit
but u cant see results right after a workout you have to wait awhile like a week

you can't just do it once and think you have shedded off 5 lbs.
maybe if you do that workout 3-5 times a week you will see a diff.

To lose 1 pound you have to burn 3,500 calories. Look at it this way.

Burn 500 calories a day by cutting 250 cals from what you eat, and burn 250 from exercise.

In 7 days you will have burned 3,500 calories.

Want to lose more? Do the math, cut more calories or burn more.

The exercise you did will burn calories but unless ur doing more it wont make a big difference.

When I excercise I usually don't feel any lighter until the morning, lol
Though if you keep up your excercise and eat healthy I'm sure you will loose some in time.
