Do you think i'll be abe to stick to that? Or well since you don't know me does that sound lke a reasonable work out schedule? By the way I'm trying to reach m goal of losing like 40lbs. by august. Im getting my treadmill in about a week to two weeks. Im 5ft.7inches. 170lbs. and im 14. Does that sound reasonabe to you?

it sounds reasonable only if you dont have any homework to do when you get home and no other hobbies to work on.. I think you do this much and your parents are going to start thinking your obsessed with excercise and lossing weight, so be careful how much time your investing in the treadmill. i'd aim to do no more then one hour per day, maybe five days a week. If this isnt enough, then go outdoors and walk. every little bit of exercise adds up.

I think that that is a great idea but I really only think that you need a half hour on the treadmill. That is what I do and the workout is great. You may be overdoing to a little so I would be careful because I did that for a while and I was able to do it about a year or so waking up at that time but now I cant do that at all. Good luck and I am so proud that you are taking it in your hands to be healthier person. A star for you.
