What are some tips to make you not eat when you think your hungry?!


Question: I feel hungry and all I've had to eat today is a small bowl of cherios and a berry propel water. It is now 11:43 and I feel hungry but I just ate at like 9:30 and I'm trying not to eat so much. What do I do to make myself not eat so much even when I think I'm hungry? Or should I just have some sunflower seeds or something? Please help.

have a protein bar after breakfest it will always hold you t'ill lunch and after lunch have one they hold you and there very healthy for you.

Have a lollipop, thats what i do, so that way i will not feel hungry
