Okay, so will I lose a few pounds with this diet? HELP ME PLEASE!?!


Question: I'm a vegetarian, and I seriously do not eat right I know..PLEASE DO NOT tell me I don't, I know, and I obviously do not care.

Okay, so all I basically eat is plain Ramen noodles (without the spice pack) and anything like soup or salad.
I do ocassionally eat things like pizza, and other things high in fat.
But, I eat A LOT of dairy, I constantly eat cheese..and I eat a lot of bread.
What I ate today was:
Ramen noodles with parmesan cheese on top.
A Special K protein bar.
And a cup of cottage cheese.

I think I ate too much. =/
What I do for excercise is: (In the morning and before I go to bed)
50 situps.
Leg stretches.
Arm stretches.
20 squats.

Tommrow, I want to start a workout type thing that goes like:
Just eating salad with a little lowfat dressing, noodles (OCASSIONALLY) and soup.
And do my stretchs, and run a mile a day.

Should I be able to lose 5 pounds in about one-two weeks?
By the way, I'm about 4'10 and 96 lbs.

But Its Abit Unhealthy

If anything you need to gain weight.
You're like 12.
12 year olds shouldn't go on diets.
