HELP! i need some good toning exercises?!


Question: i need some good exercises! i eat 500 calories a day and drink a lot of water and i jog for 15 mins a day before and after work and do 50 crunches before and after work. help me

There is this tape that I use and it is FANTASTIC! It feels funny at first because you are like right ... this is silly! But it moves really quickly and you seriously see some results!

It is called Turbo Jam and there are two different work outs on the DVD ... there is the actual work out itself (which incorporates dance with like martial arts - weird I know but it really does work) and there is also this AMAZING ab video ... it has two different sections so you tone the top and the bottom of your abs.

This work out is really good!!
