I want to gain weight?!


Question: lol i look skinny my height is 4'9 or 4'8 im 12 years old and i weigh 80 pounds i dont like eating house food because they suck i want to gain like 95 pounds im all bones and i want to get taller because mostly all my friends left me dey weigh good and they are taller them me sumtimes they pick on me cause im skinny but just for fun they dont pick just me and sumtimes when i push sumbody he dont fall he just go back like in 3 or 4 steps and when they push me i fall sumtimes and sumtimes i might not play football but im scared because im skinny and might not be good so yea give me some food that will help me gain weight and get me taller.

you have to eat more whole foods, no junk foods, just eat more carbs and proteins, dont lift weights just yet, your a lil too young for that, just take a kids multi, maybe some pushups nad sit up and eat more whole foods

aw im in the same problem.
well i try to eat but i never gain weight.

each day just try to eat more and more./

Well you need to first start eating more protein like meat and also fruit and veggies. These things will help you gain more weight! It needs to be cooked at home though, because fast food doesn't have enough nutrients for your body to keep. Your not going to gain weight by eating fast food! Another thing is make sure that you exercise heavily to build muscle mass. Its one thing to gain weight, but you want to be healthy also for your weight class. Good luck and you'll grow! I was 5'0" at your age and now I am 22 and 6'0" and 198! Good luck!

Like the other guy said, junk food is the easiest way to get fat!

I mean some sweets every day can help but still.
Eat more carbs, and filling foods like pizza, hamburgers, any other fattening whole foods.

But don't make it a habit cause then you'll get fat and if you get fat then you will most likely suck at football because you'll be slow.
