I have tried it but it's so expensive! It's for adding more fibre to your diet and you can add it to water or stuff like soup or smoothies and you don't really notice it's there. But it is expensive and it's probably better if you just try to eat more fibre (try wholegrain bread, ryvita etc) instead of relying on supplements.

no i havent it costs a fortune for a start anyone eating a good diet would not need it anyway
