Chest building exercises??!


Question: My chest is kinda big around the sides, but in the middle and bottom is nothing but skin and bone. I tried all styles of push ups, but i only feel it in my arms and not my chest. What other exercises are there that i can do? I only have a bench and dumbells for equipment.

dude i had the same problem you had...but then i started llooking for best chest excercises to really pack on some size...the bench press...and since your a hard gainer keep a journal that way when you make progress, you will be able to brag to ur friends...also drink whey protein shakes 3x a day, and lots of food...and although this might cause excess fat it will definatly increase strength!!!!!!!
