It's very healthy, but you might want to vary the fruits for variety. Also, frozen fruit will make it thicker. I freeze the bananas in chunks. Add a little honey and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract for extra flavor that packs a punch while adding negligible calories.

I don't like exercise, but Monday through Friday, when I'm alone in the house, I put on dance music and dance nonstop for 1/2 hour. It's fun and doesn't seem like exercise.

Drink lots of water and walk an extra 1/2 mile a day. =}

healthy yes,and just keep eating that way and remember to burn off calories-good luck my friend to a long and healthy life

sound healthy it should be if you're using real fruit..
uhm just dont eat as much as usual and u will lose weight.

ya i think its good...if you use real fruit...enjoy

Yes, skip the yogurt and milk and just have fruit in the
smoothies and avoid the milk.

Have more than this though for breakfast, don't only have the smoothie.

yes, sounds tasty

this is very healthy, but make sure your also eating whole grains for breakfast too.

It's good as long as you're using real fruit. Use the light vanilla yogurt to cut down on calories, it has less sugar. Yoplait's lite yogurt actually has a combination of sugar and artificial sweetener, with about 100 calories, but others, like Blue Bunny, or one of the Dannons, has no sugar, and is about 60 calories.

I just started to do a smoothie for breakfast as well but I do fruit with soy milk, yogurt, and protein powder. The protein in the shake is good for you and keeps you full longer. I actually do this for breakfast and lunch with 2 small snacks. I have actually lost 3 lbs this week.
