Question: when i run i wear everlast weighted gloves. do you think this will help my upper body strength? and if i put them on my legs and do jumping jacks will that increase my lower body strength?? thanks

Good question, but sadly no. push ups and pull ups are the olny really effictive upper body strength work outs. or you can use 50-100lbs wrist weights. but that's hard.if you can subsitute half of your running time for push ups and pull ups.
to get good leg mucles you can put heavy werights on and run in them.
no it will not help any stregnth it will slow you down if they are heavy!
nope it will just increase your calorie burn by a small percentage. to increase upper body strength you need to actually work the upper body and same with lower body.
Yes, It will increase upperbody muscle endurance. Doing jumping jacks with weights on could mess up your hips.
