Get healthy?!


Question: I'm pretty heavy and in college. Lemme give you an idea of what I will do starting monday.. I get up at 8:30 MWF and go to class until 11, then I drink 3 glasses of water, and eat lunch. I go back at noon and get done @ 2. I then go to the gym for 2 hours, an hour on the bike, and then 45 lifting, and 15 more minutes on the bike. I get back around 4:30 and eat dinner, 3 waters first, then food. I go to karate from 7-8 on monday only. On tues. thurs, I eat @ 11. water, food. I go to the gym from 12-2. and repeat. I eat dinner @ 4:30. Karate from 6-8:30. I do snack at night. I eat rice cakes, carrot sticks, celary, sugar-free jello, and drink water. no pop or beer. will this work well in losing weight? also, I walk to all my classes. Is there anything else I can do? also, I work/study on weekends, so I don't lift. But I still eat healthy.
