Is Coke Zero in moderation bad for you?!

Question: I'm trying to lose weight and the only 2 things I drink are Water (8 glasses a day) and Coke Zero (a glass a day).

If Coke Zero is 0 calories, what makes it "bad" for you like I've heard some people say? It can't be the caffeine since like I said I don't drink much of it.

Is it the sodium? Doesn't really have much at all in it.

So what is it?

Research has shown that artifical sweeteners can increase hunger, and therefore the calories you save by drinking 0-calorie soda is more than offset by the additional calories you eat from being hungry.

Also the long-term effects of consuming artifical sweeteners is still unknown.

But one a day shouldn't hurt you. Just be aware if you seem to be more hungry after drinking the Coke Zero.

all soda even diet is bad for your teeth. The sodium in it can cause water retention too.

All of those fizzy drinks are slow-acting poisons.

First of all, I agree with the person under. Coke is really bad for your teeth. Second, Coke Zero is only worse than the regular coke. You think it's not bad and you think it doesn't have much sugar. Only think, Regular soda has 200 spoons of sugar in it, now imagine coke zero. I mean why would you drink something you know isn't good for you. Stick to water.
