How can a few 13 year old girls exercise?!


Question: Please don't tell me to do some push ups or anything like that becuase i want some fun to. Were also not into running. We can't drive long distances (our parents are a little busy) and if you have a certain company thats good, please give us the name. Oh, and YMCA is not an option.

It's good to stretch a lot, then exersise. You should do crunches, punches, kicking your legs, jogging is really good too. Try joining a gym, or this program called hip hop abs, which teaches you hip hop dancing that targets you're abs so you can become buff. lol. Try going on a 2,000 calorie diet. Bran cereals like Special K can help make you loose up to 6 pounds in 2 weeks if you're eating the right foods. If you're diehard for junk foods, limit junk to one thing per day, nothing over 100 calories. Try 100 calorie packs, they come in animal crackers, chips ahoy, oreos and more.

put on your ipod/mp3 and go for a jog or inlist in a fun sport!

just take a walk together
play catch
shoot some hoops
jump rope (yes sounds corny)
have a dance contest

hmm, lets see...there's skating, riding your bikes, swimming, playing sports, and yes even shopping. as long as you aren't just sitting at home in front of the tv, you are getting exercise. a good suggestion, if it's possible walk to school instead of taking the bus or getting a ride from your parents. personal experience, that was a great way to get some exercise when i was in school.

Ask your school to get something going in there Gym,,,,,,like climbing ropes climbing beams etc,,,,,

All of the above are great ideas. Well, during cold weather, you can also try the dance mat games for PS or XBOX. Get some of the teach yourself hip-hop videos and learn some new dance moves. Dancing is fun and a great form of exercise.
