Is benefiber good for you?!
Question: Will you get addicted to it? Is it bad for you like laxatives over taking it over a period of time? Im 16 and have been constipated on and off for over a year now. I noticied that I overeat sometimes and I just gulp my food down. And sometimes ill get tired and have a foggy mind, but when I take milk of magnesia it goes away in a day or so. I started walking 30 minutes to an hour since last wednesday. I dont feel a difference yet. When I eat, the next day I feel heavy. If I go, it will come in light brown sausauges about 2 of them, but thats it.
I dont go to school for reasons I wont say on here, but when I was, I noticied that I would go every morning. But I wasnt eating or drinking anything all day at school but I just kept walking from class to class. I dont know if that helped or not. What should be my problem? I have some benefiber caplets that are my dad, but im worried their not safe. I drink alot of water too. Im also overweight.

Before u begin taking any meds u need to talk to ur parents or doc. This seems like there may be more wrong than u know. Please go see ur doc. Good luck!!!
