I need 2 loose 35 pounds by May.?!


Question: Ok im 5'7 weigh 165 pounds. Im not fat im jus curvy. But, i really want 2 be smaller in the stomach more than anything. Also look good in the summer. My goal is to loose 30 pounds. Will i loose the weight and do u think i will look good in a 2 piece? Please help me im very desperate.

I'm exactly where you are. Same height and weight but for medical reasons have a hard time losing it. All I have to say is that slow and steady is the best way to go- so don't take desperate measures! You cannot lose fat locally- so that "only around the belly" stuff wont work. Normally, thats the last to go. You need to pay equal attention to diet and exercise. Even just walking every day for an hour will be a great start. Eat whatever you want (within reason) but in small portions throughout the day. Don't starve yourself! Drink plenty of water. I suggest sparkpeople.com for diet and fitness guides.
Moslty, its a slow process so dont freak out if summer is here and your not all the way there- and dont give up once your are. This has to be a lifestyle.

Well, I would start by going to the gym and see what they recommend

Second, I would run around your neightborhood, running away from stalkers and stuff.

Third, you can say good-bye to your doritos.

just at the night don't eat thing that you know its going to make you fat.Just don't stop eating because you can get sick.run when ever you can.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that it's not healthy to lose that much weight it just a few months. I would look into that and pick a healthier goal.
Also, you don't have to be a stick to look good. The media is trying to tell us that, but there are still people everywhere that are beautiful and curvy. Like you. I'm curvy, too.
I think if you did lose the wieght, you would look good in a two-piece, but inner-beauty is much more important.

You should eat large healthy lunches, then at dinner eat very light because it will turn into fat if you eat too much and don't digest completely. Also exercise daily.

Unfortunately, you have to eat a healthy diet and exercise. Believe me, it's hard, but it's the only way. I should also loose about 30 pounds, but I have too much fun eating and drinking, its just hard to be good.

If you're not sure about a 2 piece suit, you could always wear one of those tankini's. I love them.

Last year I went on a diet which included cutting out as much sugar as possible, and eating smaller portions. substituting diet soda for regular soda will immidiately cut down a few pounds if you drink soda regularly. I also use splenda instead of sugar wherever i can, and eat lowfat foods and lots of salads and vegetables. I lost 40 pounds in 4 months, so it is possible so just hang in there.
