-Limit yourself to 1200 calories a day.
-Excercise 30+ mins. daily.
-With the 1200 calories eat 300 calories just of veggies and fruits.
-Limit the starches and sugary stuff.
-With the 30 mins. workout , workout R E A L L Y hard.
