2nd Shift and eating before going to bed?!

Question: I work 2nd shift and eat a good meal before work and then a quick snack at lunch, I only have 20 min. and then my supper when I get home. I'm realy hungry when I get home so I have to eat, but when I get up in morning I'm queasy and nauseated, I figure this is due to eating and then going to bed. Does anyone know what I can eat or how long I should stay up after eating so I don't feel so HORRIBLE in the morning.
I'm 46 Female and know for sure I'm not pregnant.

Try keeping the meal light and low fat (fat tends to upset the stomach). Chew your food well and stay up for at least 30 minutes. Next, try laying on your left side (this aids digestion) until you fall asleep.
