Eating chocolate once a day?!

Question: Hey all, im trying to get a six pack (going well), however after every dinner time once a day I have a small chocolate yogurt. Is this bad? I work out 2-3 times a week including an hour of cardio in them days, and eat pretty healthy otherwise, is eating the chocolate ruining my chances of getting a six pack? (p.s. it looks like its almost there)

Does the cardio and exercise and healthy eating allow me to have this?

Thanks!

You're fine to eat a little bit of chocolate once in a while. But instead of every day i would shoot for every other day. Looks like you're doing a good job and it doesn't seem to be preventing you from getting a 6 pack. Don't worry you'll look so hot after a while :D keep up the good work!

no as long as you don't eat too much chocolate then your fine
if you wanna eat more chocolate then you have to work out an extra day

depends on how much you eat during the day, If you eat to much in a day then the yogurt could be hurting you, But as long as your not eating to much, your eating right, and you continue to excersie you will notice results...

remember to get a 6 pack your body need to be under 10% body fat. you could do all the situps in the world and have the nicest abs but if you have to high of a BF index you will never see the abs.

hope this helps!

One chocolate yogurt shouldn't hurt you that much at all. Yogurt is pretty good for you and the chocolate aspect should make much difference as long as the rest of your diet is healthy and your working out. If you could substitute it with a fruit yogurt that would be better but it's not a big deal. If this is about a love for chocolate, I would suggest have some dark chocolate every day instead, it's actually good for you in moderation.
