out of those the bag of chips and whatever scraps are. they sound the most processed. the contents or quality of a food item determines if it's healthy or not. the calories, fat content, etc. are all secondary. the less processed a food item it the healthier it is for you. this is why all natural foods are the healthiest foods to consume.

i would think the chinese take away cos i'm guessing you are getting stuff like spring rolls and all the batter stuff.

Actually all of them aren't really good for you try going for the salads and vegs and learn how to spell it's not scollops it's scallops get it!

Curry is made in oil
chips are fried and packaged with unnecessary salt
Scallops are DEEP-fried
Chinese is healthy as long as you get things that do not have excess amounts of batter oil or deep frying

depends on how they are cooked but probably the scallops. I think the chips are the second best but I don't know what scraps are. I think the chinese is the worst because of the sugar and the fat content.

Depends on how the foods are cooked and what exactly they are. I mean 'take away curry or Chinese' are so vague. I could order a mushroom sauce and boiled rice rather than fried which could make the 'Chinese' option more healthy.

Anyway I'd go with the chips, (as in English chips I take It), being the most fattening and unhealthy
Scallops, (freshly washed from the sea), being the most healthiest and less fattening
