I dont have curves... Apple shaped... what do I do? Is there a certain exercise !

I would do your favorite form of cardio to help slim down over all. If you invest just 30-45 minutes three to five times weekly on moderate exercise you will see a difference.

Then I would certainly do upper body conditioning to do help give you the illusion of having a slimmer torso. Do pay attention to form and increase your intake of protein slightly so that you do not hurt your shoulders.

Both exercises will help. Don't sabotage yourself by eating junk food!
