Question: it depends/ some will make you full but wont keep you feeling full for very long. you jsut have to find what works for you. hre are some suggestions:
oatmeal
veggies
whole grain crackers such as triscuits
fruits

Well, carbs do that, but make sure its the GOOD carbs, from rice, beans, fruits, etc... like ive just said. you can try eating Baked beans, (NOT refried) and small amounts of rice wil also do the trick.
Pretty much anything that has alot of healthy carbs.
Basically whole grains will do this but at the same time, moderation is the key. You shouldn't sit down & eat a big heaping bowl of oatmeal. Balance it. Put some nuts & fruit in it too.
For some reason chocolate milk always fills me up. lol
