Can anyone help me with a workout plan?!


Question: Hi, i am a 14 year old girl and i am very active. I want a work out plan that can leave me toned and i want six packs. I want my arms and back to be defined as well also i want to gain mussel.

I'm turning 14 in march :\
To lose butt fat, do squats..or prone cobras. (i think that's what they're called.)
try doing workout videos.
I went to cosmogirl.com and went to see how some of those teen girls lost weight, and on one of the forums, they said they did Tae Bo. So then I decided to try it, and it worked great! If you go to your local library, they most likely have Tae Bo there. (bcuz it was made like in the late 1990's)
By the way, if you want to do some other research on Tae Bo, the instructor's name is Billy Blanks. (u can also buy Tae Bo at Amazon.com for cheap)
