How do i stop myself from nibbling..?!

Question: I am ok at regulating myself at meals. If i put a smaller amount of food on my plate then i will be able to tell myself not to go back for more. My trouble is that I can't stop grazing in between meals. I ussually try and nibble healthy like carrot sticks but i have braces and they are hard to eat and also biscuits are just so much nicer. mum always tells me to make a sandwhich but they don't satisfy me enough.
What can i do to discourage me from nibbling? please help!

Everytime you feel like nibbling, drink a glass of water, then tell yourself you have to wait at least 10min before having a snack. Most times you'll either forget or get over the munchy cravings by then. GL!

try to eat 5 300-400 calorie meals per day. in the morning try complex carbs. try to eat something for your first snack like apples with peanut butter, protein makes you feel more satisfied for longer period of time than carbs do.

sorry i can not help u 2 because it is the same with me

drink lots of water. Water is no cal and it is somthing in your mouth!

umm try using alternatives like instead of eating sweet stuff like dates, a couple are enough to make you feel like you've eaten a heap of sugar, or try chewing sugar free gum, or basically any dried fruit.

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
