I have really skinny legs?!


Question: Basicly my ankles are really skinny and so are the rest of my legs. What can i do to increase the size of my legs and put some weight on? I squat almost every other day and i do over 225lbs for 5 reps on my last set. I also drink 2-3 protein shakes a day.

Please dont tell me im lucky to have skinny legs and stuff im tired of hearing it i just want to put some weight on.

Try eating 6-8 meals a day. Do that and try and drink those protein shakes.
When you workout, don't do any cardio.
You also might want to try Weight gainer 1850 or 3000. Thats what i'm on.

eat a lot of McDonald's

eat cake after every meal(family tradition-works everytime)

sorry i dont think you will be able to just be able to put weight on your ankles

your doing to many reps...a hypertrophy (muscle growth) protocol is 8-12 reps 3-4 sets ...and that should be hard to acheive you should be breathing heavy and really pushing it...you need to be doing hamstrings quads and both calves standing calf raise heavy weight low reps...seated little weight high reps of 15+...hamstrings do diff things and quads not just squats...

start skiing that will bulk you're leg`s right up

Why don't you try to do weight lifting (using the leg)? Can try track & field to boost your leg muscles and also healthy for your body. Don't ever try to eat some junk foods to grow some fats in your legs. Not healthy for your body.

Maybe your parents are the same. It might be family genes.

start doing more leg work outs with weights such as leg curls leg lifts try to do every thing natural and start light with weights.

ride a bike or climb stairs to change the shape of your legs.
as little as 10 minutes a day on an exercycle and you should notice a change.
