Do you prefer non-fat foods or regular?!


Question: It depends. I prefer nonfat milk over regular milk just because 2% milk has a lot of fat. But with dressings like ranch. I just eat the regular. In a serving of 2 table spoons is 140 calories. I just have 1 table spoon on my salad. Having regular dressing on your salad I really don't think is a big deal..its not the end of the world and it tastes a lot better. And things that are fat free tend to have more chemicals that aren't good for you rather than the regular stuff. I pick mayo over reduced fat mayo or miracle whip, but on a diet..I REALLY limit mayo to 1/3 serving..or none at all because its just all fat calories..and those are harder to burn than regular cals. Anyway..to answer your question..it depends on what I am eating, some times I prefer nonfat or fat free and other times I like regular. I pick fat free pudding over regular, and regular cool whip over fat free. etc..

to be honest, i'll prefer the regular..

it's hard for me to take diet.. i'm 16 so i do a lot of activities.. in asia, particularly in the philippines, rice is served as the main meal together with viands or side dishes. i usually eat 2 to 3 plates, hehe.. my fave, any dish with pork, chicken or seafoods.. getting fat? that doesn't worry me since i have a very active metabolism.. i can stay i'm in a good shape! o^^o

Fat isn't the important criterion but calorie is. Low fat foods can have loads of calories. And one should be concerned about calories and not fat.

regular u need fat to live just not lots of it. saturated and trans fats are bad, Mono and Polly are good. vitamins A,D,E and K are fat soluble they can only be digested in conjunction with fats.

it all depends, because i don't get alot of fat in my diet.. so sometimes i eat the full fat version just to get my intake of fats. but usually I'd rather have the fat free so i can have more volume of whatever it is i am consuming.

Regular foods most of da time but sometimes ill eat non-fat.
