Does it really work?!

Question: I am only 25, but have suffered from Psoriatic Arthritis that was debilitating. In fact, my Rheumotologist advised me not to exercise because of the stress on my joints. Now that I am on a new medication and feeling amazing I want to get on track and lose some weight. I have a two year old and thought a treadmill or stationary bike would be great. However, what about those things like the ab lounge? Do they really work? I don't want to work out with weights because i would be doing this alone. What would be my best bet for shedding some stomach flab and getting into shape?

Well you probably want to consult you DR first before doing any activity. If he/she gives you the okay....start off light and work your way up.
Try to watch what you eat...no sodas...nothing fried...no candy...all that bad stuff we love to endulge on....at least cut back...you'll notice results,,,and remember it takes patience...it wont happen over night.

the ab lounge is just crap, and it wouldn't burn fat. Best way to get rid of fat is good old fashion running. Make sure you get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes, so your body will begin to burn fat. You can do sit-ups or crunches to tone your stomach, but it won't cut much fat. I recommend running over a bike because your body naturally uses your ab muscles for stabilization while running, so it helps target your stomach.

I really don't know what you would be able to do. But you should talk to your doctor. But my advice is, walking or jogging. But that might be a lot of stress on your joints. But I lost a lot of weight by walking a jogging. Its the best thing for you in my opinion. I also ordered a workout video to add to my exercise. Turbo Jam. I think it would be good because you are moving all the time working your arms, core and legs. It looks really effective and really fun, I've heard a lot of good things about it and talked to people who recommend it. You can lose up to ten inches and ten pounds in the first ten days. Some lose less , some lose more..but it averages out to that. I have been eating healthily and exercising and thats how I have been losing weight. But the best thing for you is walking if you're just starting out.

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
