What are some EASY ways to boost immune system?!

Taking vitamins. I don't know if you're male or female but there's an article in Prevention Health's on-line archives that outlines the vitamins that women should take and the dosages to ensure their health. It's really good. I have been taking vitamins for 18 mos now and haven't had 1 single cold. If I run out and miss a few days, I can tell a difference in my workout regiment. The other thing is to make sure you are eating right, exercising and getting enough rest. If you are in the best shape you can be in, that's all you can do.

Start taking some vitamins or other supplements.

Vitamin C. Take a tablet of 500mg of this everyday with a lot of water. You can also take multi-vitamins which help you in a lot more (like resistance) Eat healthy foods like vegetables also. Good luck ;)

Be less hygienic. I am serious! Your body needs practice. If you get a little bit ill beforehand, and as a result you immune system is better equipped, where's the harm in that?
In addition, I do agree with the others - vitamin C and other essential vitamins and minerals in the diet. However, supplements are never a good idea - instead, make sure that you are eating these things in your diet rather than relying on manufactured nutrients. You will feel the benefit.
