Am i an ok weight?!

Don't worry so much about weight.

Muscle weighs more than fat.
5 pounds of fat = about 15 pounds of muscle.
Fat takes up MUCH more space than muscle.

So, stay off of the scale.

If you're worried about your weight, start off by walking briskly for about 15-30 minutes at least 4 times a week. After that you can try jogging a mile or two a couple nights a week. Lunges, wall sits, and abdominal workouts will tone your body.

Keep in mind that because muscle weighs more than fat, you may not lose a significant amount of weight - but after a couple months you will see great results, and your clothes will too!

Nah you aren't overweight!! If you want to lose weight to feel better about yourself.. don't lose anymore then 15. But you sound good.

You should be between 125 and 135. If you feel good about the size you are then stay that way. Don't anyone tell you you are fat. You are at a healthy weight. Good for you.

NO! you are not over weight! Now and days guys love them a girl with some meat on their bones. (as long as its in the right places) If your stomach is large, then yes I suggest you do some sit-ups. But if everything is equally porportion, then sit back an relax.

you don't sound overwieght for 5foot 3 you are only overwieght if you feel it so if you do, lose a couple of pounds but if u don't then stay as u are
