Weight loss advice?!


Question: I need to lose some weight for a party( im wearing a very pretty dress) and i want to look great. Does anyone know how i can lose 5 pounds in 1 week? Please no "excercise and eat right" or anything like that. I wont starve myself but i want to know a exact or loosely exact diet and excersize to follow.

Daily :
6 ounces of protein
5 serve starch
2 serve milk
2 fruit serve
2 veggies
2 fat serve ( check your other foods for included fat)
8 -10 glasses of water
Avoid caffeine , carbonation

Sample menu

2 glasses h2o

Breakfast :
1 cup cereal
4oz cup skim milk
4 oz oj

Snack :

2 -8oz waters
1 small apple or pear

Lunch :

Salad -unlimited
2 teas fat free dressing
2 glasses water

Snack
10 crackers
1 slice cheese
1 glass H20

Dinner:
6 oz meat
1 cup veggies
1 baked potato/ 1/2 cup rice /1 cup noodles
2glasses H20

Snack

Popcorn 2 cups or small micro mini bag

h2o


This is a pproximately 1200- 1300 calories

Binge and purge, honey, binge and purge.

try going to a sauna.

use weights when you exercise and narrow the food you eat.

You can lose 5 lbs of water weight by completely avoiding carbs.

It will be difficult to do that in a week. Good luck with that.

no dessert, eat more in the morning and little at night

clean! lol it burns a crazy amount of calories and everything is clean lol and when u talk on the phone walk around

You should be able to with a strict low-carb diet. It will be mostly water you lose, but you'll still be smaller.

Any anything you can do to burn extra calories (aerobic exercise) will help you lose some fat.

If you had longer than a week I'd say gain some muscle, but in 1 week I'd use any available time with the aerobic exercise.

Note: drink tons of water. It will not make you retain water!

try the cabbge soup diet it works if u really stick to it

just eat 5 potions of fruit and veg every day avoid starchy foods, salt in take very little and sugars with carbohydrates like pastries and cakes, eat plenty of lean meat like turkey,chicken,unsalted ham, grill everything if you are baking remove the skin and fat from the chicken eat plenty of oily fish like mackerel sardines, plenty of fibre. dont go passed 1,500 calories a day, walk instead of taking the bus,cook your food in a steamer instead of boiling them.

A friend of mine used to eat only maple and brown sugar oat meal for a week before her bathing suit competitions. Also...DRINK NO SODA. It worked for her, she dropped the weight fast. I certainly wouldnt recommend it for any long term weight loss though. Also, wrap your body (literally the trunk of your body NOT HEAD, haha) in saran wrap at night, you can sweat it off. Better yet, the morning of the part, go to a fitness center and spend lots of time in the sauna, you would amazed at how much water weight we hold! good luck
