I am tired all the time how do I get my energy back?!

Question: I am 29 year old Male and for the past month I have been really tired. I work 530am to 6pm. I normally work out after work but lately I have been passing out in the bed. I eat healthy, fruits chicken, dont really eat fast food anymore. I drink plenty of water, thats about all I drink, I have maybe a soda for lunch sometimes. My friends say it is that I am deprest from getting divorced last month, I dont think that is it. I would like to know why I am so tired all the time, I use to be so active and full of energy. Someone please help.

Could be a phase. If you dont think you are upset from your divorce, you probably arent. Do you have anything at all for lunch besides soda? And are you getting enough carbs? if I dont eat properly during the day, Im done for.
While you are still at work, think to yourself how much you ar elooking forward to a walk or workout, the attitude may help. Try to force yourself to go out, even if its just for a walk.

Get more sleep....keep eating healthy DO NOT get energy drinks shakes etc....seee a doctor to maybe pescribe somthing......and if you arent depressed than

Go to the doctor; the chances are extremely slim but you may have some kind of cancer, for example, leukeumia, which makes you really tired.

Alternatively, you're not sleeping at night like you used to be. Go to bed at 10:00 or before, particularly since you have such an early shift, maybe now all the early mornings are catching up on you (and they can catch up on you suddenly).

Are you eating seven fruits and vegetables every day? Are you eating anything new or changing your sleep habits? Obviously, something has changed, so try and remember when you started getting exhausted and then see what you changed from that point.

Good luck!
