Question: i am 15 years old, about 5', and weigh 120 lbs. i would like to lose 20 pounds by end of March or beginning of May. please help :]

You will be happier and feel better if you make the appropriate lifestyle changes.
6-8 glasses of water a day,
7-9 servings of fruit/vegies a day,
change from white pasta, bread, crackers to whole wheat, lean meats,
limited junk food.
Come up with a convenient exercise plan that combines aerobics and strength training.30 minutes, 5X a week.
8 hrs of sleep,
no eating after 8 pm and
limit stress. 20 lbs should be doable by May, with dedication.
The weight will come off naturally and it will stay off for good.

Go Running or Walking about 2 times a week this will target you thighs and it is a great way to get outside

Try to work on your abs which will not only build muscle but it will make your stomach slimmer

Get into a sport or activity which is fun for you and keeps you active

Get your friends invovled too. they will cheer you on to your goal and it is a great way to hang out
