Sugar, coming from the obvious like candy and the not-so-obvious, like any enriched cracker, pasta, bread etc turns to glycogen and that turns to fat unless you burn it, which most of us don't. These deposits are usually stored in the belly and hip area of women, and some men.

Change to whole wheat everything, drink lots of water and cardio 30 minutes 5X a week. If you are storing, not to be scary, but unchecked, this could turn to t2 diabetes down the road. Eat lots of vegies and some fruit. Use potatoes and carbs mindfully.

cardio is the only way to lose fat. you have to burn calories. eat better

jogging

sorry hunny
i dont know a true answer but my best guess is to try exercizes for your hips like cruches and thinks like that
hope i helped

well i run and i ddr
it really helps and it tell yuo how many calories you burn
also i eat good food and dont eat alot of fiber beucase this prevents you from losing weight

Hahahaah!
Ive been there.
But I can that you will lose it if you are commited to it like what I did!

Just cardio. You can't spot-train -- i.e., you can't do specific exercises for specific problem areas (strength training is different). You just need to do cardio exercise and it will burn fat overall.

I agree with the other statement - - only cardio and diet. You can't spot reduce fat loss. You can only burn calories which will melt the fat and your body will decide where it will come off first.
