Will jogging for 30 minutes a day help flatten my belly?!
Question: I had a baby and need to lose the belly flat. Before I got pregnant I had a flat small waist now I want it back will jogging for 30 minutes a day work?

well I think i won't work but jogging. I belivie jogging will only work on your thighs and could make your legs stronger. to get rid of the belly fat you could get a tummy tuck but that will cost a lot of money, you do sit ups, you could get a personal trainer at home so you have more comfort,or you could get you own personal trainer at a gym and you could work it there

Jogging will hel a lot also
Try this out and in 4 weeks you will notice the change in your belly.
to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.
Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it. Make sure you do this through out the day not all at once.
